  1. You can get it if ur mom goes with you. And, yes the foot was the most painful of all my tattoos. Good luck.

  2. if your mum goes you should be fine...

Despite what every1 else is saying... i have 3 tattoos and my foot hurt the least. it tickled rather than hurt. seriously./

    Good luck!

  3. that idea is so cute!

im pretty sure if you mom comes you can get it

you have to bring an id of some sort with a pic of you on it like drivers lisence or even a school id

and your birth certific(sp?) and something else i think

  4. Good luck.

  5. Tattoos are overrated.  People instantly regard those they see with one as lacking in some way.

  6. I don't know the state laws for there so I suggest you do the homework and call local shops. If they are worth their ink, they will tell you the truth. Odds are though, it isn't legal for her to sign a consent form even though you are 16. 5 or less states even allow parental consent for minors anymore, requiring the person in question to be 18 or older no matter what. If it is illegal and a shop will touch you, they aren't safe to go to. Absolutely no laws should be broken, they are in place for your safety so follow them.

  7. In most states you MUST be 18 to get a tattoo.

Some states you are allowed to get a tattoo with parental consent.

If you want to know what the laws in your state is call some reputable tattoo parlors and ask them.

Please DO NOT go to a parlor that will tattoo you underage.

They are breaking the law if they allow you to get one.

You are also putting yourself at great risk, if they give you a tattoo they are most likely a S****y parlor and don't care about there costumers.

You could end up with a S****y tattoo you regret, or something more serious like a disease.

Please wait a few more years, you will thank yourself later.

  8. Sounds like a good tat. and yes, foot will probably hurt quite a bit... as for being able to get it. that depends on the local law and how the shop owner wants to run their shop. I know some places won't let you get a tattoo unless you are 18, regardless of whether or not you have a parent/guardian. Other places, depending on local laws, will let you get a tattoo at 16 if you have a parent/guardian with you. You would have to check around your local shops. While you are checking around though remember this.... while you might go to  shops and be told no you have to be 18, then you find one that says with a parent guardian you can be 16, that doesn't mean you should go with that shop. make sure they do good work before you choose them. and if they will do it for you without a parent/guardian, dont use them at all, they have no regard for the law, why would they have any regard for how well your tattoo comes out? but yea, my suggestion is to ask around the local shops.
