  1. How much distress are any of these things causing you?

I am concerned about the crying for no reason - maybe there is a reason but you haven't thought it out?  If not, and it only happens once in a while, then it's normal.  If it happens every day and you see it negatively affecting you, I'd see a doctor.  Also, do you not eat a lot because you think you're fat or is that unrelated?  Have you noticed any difference emotionally when you try to eat more and regain your appetite?  A lot of these things are "normal" or common in other people - but that doesn't mean they are good or bad because of it.  16 is about finding out what YOU want out of your life.

Only you can know the answers to how your own issues relate - and everyone has issues - but you might want to find someone you can confide in about all of this, just to relate to (and not just your boyfriend) - you'll see how similar your experience is to theirs, for example, at least for certain things.  Try to stay positive, and make sure you stay healthy with safe s*x and eating well and so on - and you'll not only be normal, but doing better than a lot of people.

  2. Very, very normal. How do I know? Because when I was younger I was the same way. A lot of things sound hormonal: depression, crying, self image issues, and s*x. I actually, don't eat three meals a day still and I'm 23. I worried a lot what people thought of me growing up.

So right now, learn to love you. Deal with it, it will make you stronger. You just get to know yourself, and don't get too serious with the boys, they will come and go. And then maybe come back again.

Remember, you're growing still, mentally and emotionally. 1

  3. there is no such thing as being normal, everyone is a tad bit different. people aren't the same and you're perfectly fine as who you are.

  4. Your normal haha dont worry

  5. you're "normal".

  6. You sound like a normal teen. All of the things you mentioned are typical in a 16 year olds life. Curious about s*x, trying things with your boyfriend, etc. is something everyone does and thinks about. Being depressed is normal, unless it takes over your life (don't want to get out of bed, sad/overwhelmed with life, etc.). Thinking you are fat is what mosts girls think about themselves. We, usually, don't like our bodies/body image. I think this is because we see such beautiful girls all over the TV and/or magazines. Don't worry so much, be happy, be nice to your mom/dad, and just live your teenage life. Good luck.

  7. Your hopes, fears, desires, everything you mention sounds very normal for a teenage girl.

  8. you're a typical 16 year old  don't break you're head over this your normal / love always
