  1. It doesn't matter WHERE you get the license, the local state restriction still applies.  For example, here in NYS, a junior license holder UNDER 16 cannot drive, even with a valid license from another state - BECAUSE NYS does NOT allow licensing of people under 16.  This is explicitly outlined on their website.

So it would not matter if you got your license from another state.  So get your Georgia junior license now and you can drive on your 17 birthday.  That would be the best option.

    Good Luck...

  2. No, and why do you feel bad about it? Its that way here in Kentucky too and its not like all your friends will be driving without you.

A girl that transferred to my school lived in Indianna and got her permit at 15. When she transferred to KY, where you have to be 16, they took it away from her. So even if you get it, they will jsut take it away from you.

  3. No, u just have to have patience.

To get a license in another state u must prove that u live there.

  4. In Alabama I know, you have be 16 and have your permit for at least 6 months before you can get your license.

  5. You HAVE to Get a permit.  Baby steps my friend....first you have to take a drivers ed class. http://driveredtogo.com then you have to pass the DMV written exam.  The you will get your permit.  You have to wait 12 months after getting a permit till you can get your license.
