  1. You should have your thyroid checked.

Go to the doctor and get a blood test.

  2. many things can contribute to hair loss, stress, high amounts of testosterone. stuff like that... if i were you i would talk to your mom or dad and ask them to take you to the doctor

  3. have you had substantial weight loss? that can result to thinning hair.

    try eating healthier.

and definitley make an appointment to visit your doctor.

if you do get a bald spot, you can always get extensions or wear really hot hats.

    good luck, sweetie =]

  4. One thing you need to do is avoid tight ponytails like the devil. These actually cause stress to the hair cuticles and also slowly pull the hairs from the root after a certain period of time, depending on how tight the ponytail tends to be. It'll only worsen the thinning.

    Second, visit this site:

    www.herhairlosshelp.com

It only covers one type of women's hair loss, which really doesn't sound like yours but more like your sister's... I figured it couldn't hurt much.

Also you need to go to the doctor and get checked for a thyroid condition. This is one of the most predominant causes of a woman's hair thinning. Another thing to ask about is you may possibly have an Iron deficiency, or a protein deficiency, or the thinning could be a product of malnutrition.

Here's an article I think would help you out a lot:

And just relax, stressing out about it will only make things worse. I'm sure everything will be just fine.

  5. See one of those hair specialists. Don't worry My entire family on my mom's side gets gray/white hair at an early age. My mom had to dye her hair during high school and her hair finally went full blown gray/white when she was twenty. I'm starting to get little hairs like that myself but none that are noticeable. My point is being bald is a normal thing and if you get a bald spot just get a hair cut to where your completly bald (if your a guy).

  6. um go to your dr. it might be a hereditary deficiency that you could get help for.
