I'm 16 and my national insurance card hasn't arrived yet?

it was my birthday on the 20th of this month, a few of my friends have birthdays around mine, some of them got theirs months ago but some of them haven't yet got theirs either

what do i need to do?

well I'm 16 and have been since the 1st of the month and there is no sign of mine either. A lot of my friends already have there's and there birthdays are after mine and they recieved there's three months before hand, so mine shouldve came in december. so yeah.. what do i do?
