Question:

I'm 16 years old, i can't go to a gym and have no money to buy anything how can I lose fat and gain muscle?

please help me I can't buy any kit or machine to help me burn fat and gain muscle.

Does anyone know any exercise I can make to do this fast?

  2. eat healthy... and do crunches when your laying in bed and push-ups when you wake up in the morning... and for some odd reason i drank gatoraid every single day and lost 10 pounds in 3 months

  3. try walking and doing push-ups on your bed or floor trust me i know my sis lost a lot of fat and she's heathly now but if you cant go walking just like walk in place or dance to the radio.have fun!

  5. No junk food: candy, sodas, sugar, or high fat fast food

    Drink lots of water

    Pushups, pullups, dips, overhead presses with something heavy (but manageable), run sprints/stairs

    You'll get stronger and build some muscle as well as lose fat. When you can, you take it to the next level by getting into a gym.
