I'm 16 years old and I have 8 homemade tattoo but they all suck. I'm just wondering?

you didnt learn from the first one!? IT TOOK YOU 8!? are you serious? uh no tattoos for you. and if any tattoo artist gives you a tat under the table it will probably come out just as S****y as your home made ones.

For goodness sake, learn from your mistakes! Any artist that will tattoo you "under the table" is likely to do a job as bad, if not worse than a home made tattoo, not to mention infection from a place like that. Cover them as best you can until you're 18, then go to a really good artist for a cover up. It will be worth it.

i get my  ink done "under the table" for about 50-60 bucks   for 2 hours of work, its great quality! he opens new needles every time he does work. don't listen to these fools..... you can find a great artist who just loves to tattoo ,you just gotta keep your eyes open and ask around.
