I don't understand why I did it. I don't remember my dream and I used the toilet right before I went to bed. I guess it was a freak thing, but I don't understand it. Is it normal? Is there something wrong with me?

I'm scared to fall asleep!

  1. It happend.

my aunt did stop till collage.

  2. It happened to me once. It was a very weird sensation.

  3. thats normal, if it continues to happen i suggest talking to someone

  4. Yeah, that happened to me once last year when I was 18 but it only happened one night and I was fine the following nights.  Now I am still afraid that it will happen again but it has been about a year and I am still okay.

When I wet the bed I went and washed my blankets before anyone woke up so nobody knew.  If my brothers would have found out that would have sucked.

  5. ahahaahha awww so cute, Id be scared too! its best not to think about it, i did it also when I was like 11 yrs old and the next night it didn't happen cause I just laughed it off. but if it happens again then go ask your parent.

  6. it could be a UTI urinary trackt infection. i realize i didnt spell it right. well go to the doc if it happens again

  7. Probably was a freak occurrence...but if it happens repeatedly, you do need to talk to your doctor about it. Good luck!

  8. don't drink a lot of water before bed?

other than that has it happened a lot before?

get it checked out to be extra safe because it could be bladder cancer but i doubt it

like 3 years ago this dude wet his bed everyday and his dad said he will grow out of it after 2 years he was diagnosed with bladder cancer and could've been stopped if it was noticed earlier

    stubborn dad killed his son

  9. someone had a wet dream heh

  10. ew....

  11. i know a case about that, it's a disorder that happens when a person is on a pressure in a situation that will happen to him, i forgot the other reason but if only happen to you once i think there's nothing with it

  12. LMAO! da h**l? uuhh  no sweatness, its not normal. You migh have a dissease called "mental retardation" 10 years old is the highest age to pee in the bed. Your too old for that.

  13. Everythingg is normal. There is nothing wrong with it. You might have just drank too many fluids before you went to bed. And then you could have been so tired that your body didn't wake you up when you had to go! Hope this helps

  14. did you have a wet dream

  15. I haven't heard of it happening but then again i don't think many people would openly tell others about this.

It could be due to trauma, if you're extremely stressed or something big happened that has negatively impacted you. If not it could be a bladder infection (UTI) .

If it becomes a reoccurring thing then get it checked out as it might be more than just having a weak bladder/moment. I don't think you're alone out there and don't feel ashamed, we all have our moments where we can't control things that happen to us.

My advice is if there is trauma involved to seek help, if not to just try and monitor the next night and try not to drink water /liquids before bed.

    :)

  16. its normal. sometimes it just happens.

  17. Well actually, sometimes if you wet the bed, and I dont remember all the details, but you could have kidney problems, and it would be nice to check that out before it gets bad. I dont know if anyone already said that... I didnt feel like reading everyones comments. lol

  18. As long as its not regularly.

  19. I saw this once on Medical Mysteries.  Not to say you might have the same issue.  This person would go into a super-deep sleep, like all R.E.M. was shut down.  The muscles controlling the bladder relaxed too much.

Or it could be everyone's friend, stress!  Either way, I'd see a urologist.

  20. People are so mean on here! You came here to ask a question, and you get rude answers. Thats sad.  Maybe people should read your question when you say, I wet the bed instead of, I had an o****m.

But sweetheart. It is perfectly normal. Just remember to cut down on the liquids you intake about an hour or 2 right before you go to bed. Make sure you empty your bladder right before you lay down. If it keeps on happening, then I would suggest you go talk to a doctor. It could be the beginnings of a urinary track infection, or there might be something wrong with your bladder. Just realize, there is nothing wrong with that... accidents happen, and dont listen to these ignorant people on here. Good luck with everything.
