I live with my grandparents cause my mom has major problems so the state took her parental rights away and I've been here for almost 6 months but they are under serious financial strain and I have good grades and I know I can make it on my own and support myself. How can I do this legally?

  1. You have 2 years more to go before you  turn to 18.  Just wait girl.  Be patience.

  2. it can be done you have to go to court and show the judge that you can do it and then thats all you need to do go on ur local court web page and it should say somthing on it family court

  3. It's really tough to be on your own these days if your a single person unless you have a decent paying job. why don't you just work and help your grandparents by paying a share of the bills that way you'll have time away from the house and you can have some extra cash .
