I'm 16 years old and weigh 115 pounds, but I look like a stick?

How can I gain more weight and look bigger? And get stronger?

If you are gonna tell me eat foods, specify which foods!

  2. Eat a balanced diet which includes all kinds of vegetables, fruit & some meats.  Go easy on the starches. Drink at least two tall glasses of milk per day.  Try doing push ups, pull ups, sit ups, skipping rope, skating, skate boarding, briskly walking a minimum of 30 minutes in the morning & 30 minutes in the evening.  You will soon begin to see changes in your physical features. .  It will be gradual & not that pronounced right away.  Just hang in there.  You've got at least 4 more years of growth potential ahead of you.  Can't rush Mother Nature.

    lift weight, do the machines at the gym, and dont be lazy about it

    you have to keep at it every day

    becuase after 48 hours you start to loose muscle mass if you dont work it again

    consume food and drinks that are high in lean protein like:

    eggs, any kind of dairy like cheese or milk or yogurt, fish, lentils and different types of beans like black beans, chickpeas or soy nuts

    also if you want to gain so insulation, not like fat flabs, but have some meat on your bones thats not all muscle, eat junk lol, sounds silly, but your body will store the fats, and it tastes good :) also this will help your from losing even more weight from working out because it will boost your metabolism, so you will need to start to take in more calories per day or you will get even more skinny instead of bulky.

  6. if you lift, get whey protein. it helps build weight and muscle. eat lots of carbs and protein like fish, peanut butter, eggs ect. ect.

  7. im 15 and 190. just try going to the gym, run less (unless that's your sport) and eat hearty.

    I didn't run often and i ate hearty, and look where i am now...

  9. Protein for muscles. Eat healthy though, you don't want to be overweight. Being a stick isn't that bad anyway.
