  1. He can, and should, do hard time.  He's a predator.

  2. From Wikipedia: The age of consent in Pennsylvania is 16 years of age. Teenagers aged 13, 14 and 15 may legally engage in sexual activity with partners who are less than 4 years older.

So, since you are 16, it is legal. However, you should check with local and state statutes, to be sure that this is correct and that there arent any local restrictions, as Wikipedia has been know to be wrong...

  3. Well if the age of consent there is 16 as you said then go have fun.

  4. You are a minor, you can't give consent to have s*x.  The likely charge would be contributing to the delinquency of a minor.  You would probably have to be a couple years younger before they would consider statutory rape charges.

  5. let me guess, an Obama supporter

  6. I do not believe your parents can press charges against him.  Here is something I found:

In Pa. it is rape to engage in deviate sexual intercourse with a complainant who is less than (1) 13 years of age or (2) 16 years of age and the actor is four or more years older.

He is only 3 years older.  On that note, please be sure to practice safe and be very responsible.  You do not want a child nor an illness that cuts your life short.  It really isn't worth it.

  7. The age of consent in PA is 16. At 16 you can legally have s*x with anyone you want - his age is irrelevant.

PA's four year age difference rule only applies if the younger person is 13 to 15 years old.  (12 or under - no s*x at all. 16 or over - s*x with anyone you want)

    Richard

  8. The age of sexual consent in Pennsylvania is 16, so he cannot be charged with statutory rape no matter what your parents tell him.

But he can be charged with corruption of a minor, which rarely leads to a conviction or any jail time.

  9. They can't press charges, but I think you should wait, because what are you going to do when you're pregnant? Are you going to be able to support your baby?

  10. I think you should ask someone around you.

    In school or something.

  11. One, you should've never had s*x in the first place. You're putting him, and yourself, at risk for a multitude of problems. Not just STD's, pregnancy, social, psychological and psychical problems.

But now that you have, and have posted it on the internet where anyone can see it, print it out, and file a complaint to your local police office, here's a couple of choices:

    1. Stop it. End the relationship. Dating someone over 18 at your age is just asking for trouble.

    2. Keep the relationship, but no more s*x.

You are a minor. You're 16. You have very little rights until you're 18. It sucks, but it's there for a reason.

Just drop the subject, dump the guy, and move on. Try dating a Christian man with morals and standards.

Another interesting fact. How many girls as he slept with? I'll go with 2. So that's 3 other peoples that might have an STD that you've exposed yourself to. Now imagine if those two girls slept with one guy each. That's now 5 people that might have STDs and such that you've opened yourself up to.

If you're going to sleep around, at least show a little maturity and intelligence.

  12. Um....Jonas Brothers.

  13. Sounds like you have the guy over a barrel.... start asking for all kinds of nice things or threaten to call the police.

  14. How do you two plan to support any b******s you might make?  Apparently neither of you is mature enough to make intelligent decisions so both of you should be locked up - SEPARATELY!

  15. just be careful cuz hes older and he can easily manipulate you in so many ways such as lie about: aids,  AND many other incurable diseases and baby mama  drama which I don't want to see you get into because I have a daughter your age and I am totally against overage dating for the simple fact it could be your last...

  16. did he bribe you with candy?

  17. Not smart!

  18. sure they can because your a minor and he is an adult so they consider that as abusing minors

    as  know

  19. If the age of consent is 16, then no they cannot press charges

  20. 16 is the legal age of consent in Pa. Go to planned parenthood and get on birth control.

  21. He can't be charged with statutory rape.  He can be charged with a variety of other crimes, contributing to the deliquency of a minor, lewd and lacivious behavior with a minor, etc.

He need to be in jail and you need to grow up and realize all a grown man wants from a young impressionable child is s*x for free.  You should also have yourself tested for AIDS and STDs.  I hope your parents start parenting you better and find out what you are doing.
