I have a pool, I was on the swim team when I was like 11. I used to be really good for my age at freestyle, but I haven't been a part of any team since then. Would you say its too late?

  1. nope, its not

you used to be very good?

    then what's you holding back

don;t take back anything bcoz of your age

even my grandma (whose over 60) just started to study

not to swim but ... ^^

  2. I'm a national swimmer and to be honest it depends on what level you want to compete at. It does unfortunately take a lot more than four years of training to make the olympics, especially if you have let yourself go a bit. I know that you were good as a young kid but it's honestly not that hard to win at that age, especially for freestyle. If you are still quite fit and have the mindset to train hard though, you could probably make the nationals in a few years. Swimming at a high level though, is an enormous commitment.

  3. if its because of michael phelps then yeah ur too late

  4. IDK

  5. nah!

    i don't think so!

    talent comes in any age!

and if you are really serious bout it, i say go for it!

  6. No because some Olympians didn't start until they were your age. Train, practice, and swim. Maybe you could make it to 2012 London or 2016 Chicago. Good Luck.
