I don't do diets. I'm not a big fan of exercise and I work in the sweet shop but I rarely go over 7 stone!?

  1. Your BMI index is only 17.2%

    You're underweight, unfortunately.

You mentioned you don't do diets. That's good. Most diets aren't healthy. Exercise is good for everyone, especially if you're trying to gain weight without gaining the unsightly body lumps.

Eating sweet is obviously not healthy if done excessively. I'd suggest you try to eat more healthily and well... More. And exercise moderately. If you still don't gain weight properly, I think you should see a nutritionist.

  2. everyone should exercise, it's good for you.

  3. your fine just eat a nice big subway! every now and then...seriously baby subways are great

  4. fatty!

  5. i am the same height and age as you. and i weight 8 stone.

On the BMI chart 8 stone is the healthy weight line. so i would check is your BMI is drifting into underweight. If it isnt, dont worry , some people are naturally bird boned =D

  6. i calculated ur bmi ( body mass index) at kids health .com and it said u were underweight u might wanna double check to be precise. u need to convert a couple of thing but i did it correctly go on for me.
