I was wondering if i could have my license suspended, or if i'm not allowed to take traffic school again, since i am a juvenile. My newest ticket was for 58mph in a 40mph, but safe speed at 45mph. What could the cost be, or penalties?

  1. Say goodbye to your license.

People like you who flout traffic laws are a danger to other road users and should not be allowed to drive on the roads.

But, doing 58mph in a 40mph limit with a speeding ticket within the past six months! It might not only be your license you lose - it might be your freedom as well.

  2. Yes, if you were doing 45 in a 40 he would have let you slide.  But 18 miles above the speed limit is too much.  Even 8 is too much.  You are young, once you get some experience you will know what speed to go without being pulled over.  And never pass a cop even if you are going exactly at the right limit, never pass a cop.  If you see a cop, get behind him and drive slowly and carefully.  This is better than getting a ticket.  It's your word against his and the judge will ALWAYS side with the cop.

  3. When the sign says 40 you go 40. Not whatever you feel like. Which apparently you can't learn. Hopefully they take your license away.

  4. You might want to check your state rules on that. in mass. if you get three speeding tickets before your 18th birthday you get your license suspended for 90 days plus a fine plus yo gotta pay reinstatement later.

  5. Depends if they took points off your license.

    You get 4.

    Also. STOP SPEEDING.

    ******* teenagers.

  6. Guess traffic school was a waste of time.  You need to learn how to read.  40  means 40 (not 45 just because YOU think so).   Cost depends on the cop.  Hopefully he doesn't like you and you get stung.  Then maybe you learn.

  7. dunno but if you were my kid, id take your license away.

learn to respect other drivers and keep within the limits of the law.
