I'm 17. Making myself Vomit?

I'm 17. I hate my body. I feel really fat & ugly ( i'm 7stone)

To make myself thiner i'm making myself sick after i eat.

I know it's bad,but i can't stop. I'm too scared to tell my parents

I feel stuck & after advice on how to stop being sick ?

plz don't get angry with me. I hate myself

  1. Listen to me

    I am 13 and I am 95 pounds. I am UNDER average. You are 17!!! that is not a healthy weight. Life isnt about being skinny. Its about living every moment


  2. you are only hurting youe body more doing that. You need to talk to someone. If you cant go to your parents then go to someone else, like a neighbor, a family friend, a friends parent, another family member. You need to get help before this gets dangerous.

    that's unhealthy.

    you could seriously hurt yourself.

    if you keep eating healthy, you wont get fat.

    And instead of making yourself barf, exersise.

    Exersise gives you endorphans, ++ endorphans make people happy. =]

    When you were little it was a lot easier right?  You didn't have

    to worry about your look because nobody ever cared, if you

    think you're fat then try a diet, making yourself sick is crazy.

    It can lead to desises in your later life.  You know it's wrong.

    So just STOP, besides how you look doesn't matter okay?

    Just please stop.  For everyone.  Be that kid again....

    and...weather you want to or not...you have to tell somebody

    most likely your parents.  Please listen to me.

  5. First, please. Talk to someone. A close friend, a family member, a teacher, someone. You could even have a friend or brother or sister, or teacher, or school nurse talk to your parents if you don't have the courage to do so yourself. Get some help hun. This is extremely dangerous. You really don't want to do this to yourself, you need to stop. That would be the first step. Then you know you need to go to the doctor. They will help you alot.

    Omg you should be around 100 - 105 pounds.

    Seriously, you need help..and if you look fat then just go and exercise and you will loose it..

  7. You don't need to tell your parents. You can go straight to a clinic or hospital and they will help you. Good luck.

  8. 7 stone isn't much. I seriously doubt that you could be fat. It seems now that it would be impossible for you to accept yourself, right? For me and lots of women I know we've learned to accept ourselves over time but it's really hard, hey? Right now you need to get help so you can grow into a happy, healthy, beautiful woman. Is their a school nurse or counselor you could talk too? Or maybe you could find an eating disorder or adolescent hotline in your area that you can call. Making yourself sick after you eat will do a lot of damage. A beautiful body is a healthy one, I promise you that. You can't be healthy if you are doing this to yourself. Get help before you really harm your long term health. Please.

  11. I think you need to see a doctor. That's more of a mental illness then anything.

    Being bulimic can kill you, you know? It tears your insides apart and soon your stomach acids start eating at the interior walls. Please get help.  

  12. Well first of all you need to stop puking and talk yourself out of it. Puking isn't gonna do anything good to you except making you physically and emotionally sick. This isn't healthy and the human body isn't made for being thin. It's made to live. And puking out one of your basic life needs isn't helping at all. And your life is as important as everyone else's life.

    So talk with a school councelor. Just go during school and spill it ALL out. Cry if you need to and tell the WHOLE HONEST story. Just find something inside you where you know you can get through this. And it is a good idea to let your parents know because you know you need their support. Maybe even get someone to tell them for you.

    Losing weight is a process where you need to be patient and nice to your body. What i like to do is pilates (windsor pilates is best). it's  stress relieving for me. but you need to make sure you eat because eating is an important part.

    what i do when i get the munchies is just chew sugar free gum. Stride, Orbit, or Trident.

    but REMEMBER! making yourself sick isn't the answer. I know anybody with this problem can overcome it. And it might be hard to give it up but it's totally worth it. And don't think down on yourself. It doesn't help at all. Think of all the good things and just stay positive. Talk to someone WHENEVER you have a problem.
