I'm 17..is there any chance I can create an arch in my flat feet?

Ok well first go to a foot doctor or maybe even to the pharmacy and get a special thing to put in your shoes when u use them. and also i know this sounds weird but.... walking on the beach helps form a arch in your feet....

Yep, afraid so..  By the time u reach 19 you will begin to see like a London Bridge form in your feet.  This usually begins in your left (all being that you are right footed) and then travels to your right a few months later.  There's a number of ways we can cope when this illness kicks in such as avoiding putting books back on tall shelves(this will fracture the bridge) and reflexology(might backfire).  At the end of the day there's no cure for Archtoe but the boys in the lab sure are working on it, they say 2012 might be the year when we can all come back down to the Earth again,
