If he is your actual bf, and you've had a boyfriend/ girlfriend type relationship...then yes, this is legal.  I don't care what anyone tells you, the law is very clear here. It doesn't matter that you are not 18, if you are in a b/f and g/f type relationship, it is not illegal for your bf to have s*x with you, as long as the age difference is reasonable, and you are above a 'reasonable' age (not strictly 18....17 would be fine here).

It's not legal but as long as your parents don't press charges it will be ok. I was 17 and got pregnant, my bf was 23, we got married a few months later. Big mistake by the way so don't do that. lol Good luck!

I believe it is a federal law and not state laws.  The age of majority is 18, therefore, if your parents want to they could charge your boyfriend with statuatory rape.  Since you are pregnant, a paternity test will determine that he is guilty.

I live in NJ too we just had health class before school ended,  I still have my notes, and it's illegal according to our teachers. It could be just a ply to get us not to have s*x but I doubt that. i don't think it's legal anywhere in the U.S

I found this site on the internet and if I'm not mistaken it says "rape" is between the ages of 13 and 16 and if the actor is two years older. Since you are 17, this would mean your boyfriend would not get into any trouble, especially since the s*x was consensual.
