Yes you can if you have a work permit and have a good employee background. Also they may do a background check too. If you have a bad background then no. But do not give up. There are a lot of places where you can obtain work in the mall. So get out there and good luck!

If you're in the United States, there is a Child-Labor Law that states you must be at least 16 years old to work for pay. Only other time where age is an issue is if the place you wish to work sell tobacco (which you have to be 18 to work there), or Alcohol (which most states is 21 years old).
