I'm 17 years old and I live in Dubai. I'd like to know if I can simply start taking driving lessons?

You need to join school and after that they will take your exam and if you pass so they will issue you lisence

All process will start from age 18.

You can apply for learners license only after you complete 18 years of age. No training school will conduct lessons without a valid learners licence.

When you say 'pass the exam...' do you already hav a licence of some sort? if not, id wait till ur 18 so you dont get caught. Trust me, its better to be on the safe side.
