  1. If you are going soon, as in summertime, plan for lots of hot weather.  Much of Spain is REALLY hot during the summer months, but most Spanish people are pretty conservative about their dress.

Bring your appetite, for knowledge, and food.  A friendly attitude, and, if you don't know any Spanish, learn the key phrases.  They LOVE it when you try.

Bring an ATM card to get cash, and a couple of credit cards, if possible.  One to plan to use, and an extra, in case you max out or unfortunately lose the second.  You know, of course, that you need a passport...for safety, keep a xerox of the passport, and all your card numbers in a seperated place, in case anything gets lost, and keep an eye on your valuables, especially small things like cards, wallets, and cell phones, especially in crowded places.

Use normal common sense, and you will have A BLAST!

(are you on a tour?  school trip?  solo?  need help with what to do and see?  have an itinerary already?  email me).
