  1. Is there public transport in your area?  If part-time doesn't pay enough, you'll have to find some way of locating a full-time job.  The closer to home, the better  -  it cuts out travel expenses.  Think outside the box  -  there are always ways to achieve what you want, it just sometimes takes a bit of close scrutiny to find them.  Would re-locating be an option?

Decide what sort of work you enjoy doing, and make contact with people in that field of work. If you really enjoy doing something, you will do it well, and that leads to success and financial rewards.

You are 18.  Would consulting a careers guidance person be an idea?

    Good luck !!

  2. Consider joining the military - you'll get technical training, free medical, 30 days paid vacation per year and educational benefits.

  3. That sounds horrible, but I know how you feel.  Try to find something online, that is what has helped me for the past couple of years.
