  1. Creatine helps you to recover inbetween sets. Creatine is a natural substance used in ATP regeneration. It helps you squeeze out a few extra reps during your workout which makes a decent difference in your gains. The only side effect of creation is that it brings extra water into your muscles, making them appear bigger. Because of this you need to drink extra water while taking creatine to replace the water that creatine uses. Creatine is not for fat loss. It is for muscle gain. When you stop taking it you will lose the water weight which may make it seem like you lost muscle. Creatine stays in the body after taking it so when you take it does not really matter. I would suggest after your workout.

  2. you can take it before and after your workout. theres no side effects. it works like 30-60 after you take it..it will get you bigger and stronger. when you take it youll have more energy and youll feel pumped to torture the weights

  3. Big question, here goes. Creatine is a cell volumizer. Simply put it holds water in the muscle cells. Thus you are able to train harder and recover faster. When you stop taking it the water releases. Their are 2 basic types Creatine Monohydrate and ethyl Creatine. Monohydrate is the older form and presents some problems. Bloating being one and the crystals can lodge in your intestinal tract causing gastrointestinal irritation. Ethyl is a definite improvment and doesn't cause so much subcutanious water retention (bloating). A good product is Cellmass by BSN. The directions for dosing are provided. Post workout and before bed. It's good stuff. The supplement works but like everything else it's only as good as training, nutrition and rest and recovery.
