I moved houses to very different areas a lot when I was younger, and had loads of illnesses, subsequently none of my hobbies stook. I'd like to do a sport but i'm very shy and would hate to be in a class full of people half my age..any help? I'm starting to feel like a couch potato and i hate it!!

  1. Try karate. The workouts are hard. I take my 14 year old grandson to karate and they have a teen and adult class.

  2. You should try iceskating. It's so much fun and easy to get the hang of.  You can go to classes at your local ice rink and they do classes by age, so you could make some new freinds too and it's really good for keeping fir! Hope this helps and Good luck finding the right hobby for you!

  3. you can try scrapbooking which would be really fun and you can do one of your high school years/friends since youre prob either just graduated or are about to graduate

  4. you can try yoga, it helps you relax and also get exercise and become more flexible.

  5. All the dance studios by me have beginner adult ballet classes.

Join a gym, like Life Time. They have a lot of different classes, sports teams you can join, rock climbing, swimming.
