i'm 18 years old how can i be more elegant and have a beautiful body??? i'm 95 kilograms and 178 cm how can i be more healthy and powerful????

  1. Exercise, work out, eat a balanced, healthy, nutritious diet, practice good hygiene habits, take good care of your skin, act mature, be friendly, and keep a positive attitude :)


  2. One thing for sure is don't trust the celeb's magazines because even if it doesn't look like it - the pictures are edited. You should definately exercise (lifting weights, running, cycling, (etc.)) and eat fruits, vegetables, whole grain, and dairy products. Limit your fats oils and sweets because too much of a good thing is well, just that... I'm sure that you will do fine.. :-)

  3. For starters, get healthy. Here are some tips to start you off easy:

    Eat in smaller portions. And also, even if you want to have big meals, drink a lot of water between chews. It'll make you get full off your food faster and want to eat less.

    Try lighter meats like chicken and turkey, (fish too if you consider that a meat.) They're healthier and are better than beef and pork for your body.

    Try to down size the little snacks during the day. Little snack add up, and if you just keep drinking water, you won't even be hungry often.

    If you don't like water, try those water flavoring packets. Those help. Get a good one too, not the fake sugars.

    Exercising doesn't sound fun, but it can still be fun if you put it towards something you like to do. You can try out a sport you amy like, or roller-skating, or jump roping, or dancing, or just simply jogging. Remember, you can start with small amounts of exercise, so don't psych yourself out.

    Reward yourself. Give yourself a little reward every time you meet a personal goal. Let's say you wanted to exercise for 30 minutes a day, three times a week. If you met that goal, treat yourself by buying something you've wanted, or maybe a new dessert you've wanted to try.

    Also, for elegance, try a new look to the way you dress. I'm not saying walk out like a queen every morning, but take inspiration from magazines like Instyle or Cosmopolitan, and put it into your own style and perspective.

    Try out hobbies that you think are fitting for an elegant young woman. Maybe you can try pottery, yoga, sewing or drapery, painting, writing, book clubs, beading, and things like that.

    Be confident when when interacting in public, as if you don't care what anybody thinks about you because it's not important and doesn't matter at the end of the day.

    Be social. Go to cafes, clubs, bowling, jazz clubs, the mall, spas, and things like that and make an effort to meet at least one person you feel is elegant and shares interests with you. Stay in touch and try activities that they like to do.

  4. First thing you have to do is eat right. If you eat out regularly, stop it. Eat out once a week at the most. Eat fruits and veggies daily, and drink lots a water. If you drink milk, don't drink 3% milk because once you're 18, milk stops helping your body and makes you chubby.

    Go for runs and workout, do a few sit ups daily. That'll get you started. I cant do anything about your elegance, but work on your posture. So what I'm saying is DON'T SLOUCH! It'll make your tummy bigger.
