Question:

I'm 18 years old with a learner's permit - do I need to record the 50 hours (I'm in PA)?

This is probably the worst time to ask, but I know that there's no limit as to when an 18 year old has to wait to get his/her license. Does this also mean that I don't need to record the 50 hours? I had my permit when I was 17, it expired, I got it renewed when I was 18, hoping to test next week.
