Waitressing?  Depending on the area you live.

If you are good w numbers, I suggest getting your accounting clerk certificate at your local adult ed.  Accounting clerks make approx $38k per year

Maybe you could also learn to be a fitness instructor....

I have been where you are.  I searched for months to find a job.  You may have to take something in retail or food service.
