My body type is pretty strange. I'm pretty bony on the upper part of my body. ex. you can see the full extent of my collar bone.

But i'm fat in the mid section. I look pregnant if i'm not sucking it in.

  1. Your actually under the requirement by a little. Everyone has Tummy Fat. You can try sit-ups and other exercises. Ask your docter or if you go to a gym ask them too.

  2. http://www.healthchecksystems.com/height...

  3. sit ups, crunches

  4. Try pilates for abs. It may tighten what you have. I normally say to pair it with cardio, but you are already pretty thin, so maybe do some light cardio.

  5. Work out and eat the right kind of food.

  6. Belly dancing, for real.

  7. i doubt it ur tall and a low wieght. but if u rlly want do some crunches and sit ups. also pushup can help ur abs and ur arms! personally im 5'9" and 160 ibs. im not overwieght. i just have rlly big bones and with volleyball lots of muscle.

  8. sit ups with weights

  9. Exercise. I recommend running or biking a couple times a week. It will give you muscular definition without taking too much weight off. Eat normally, so that you don't lose too much weight, but not too much junk food. XP

  10. I don't think you're fat. If you really wan tot burn off the fat, then you can try to get leaner muscles by doing aerobics, and eating healthy. Or, you can try to wear a tummy controler tube top underneath your normal shirts.

  11. The only thing you can do is tone up the muscles underneath and then it will be "sucked in" all the time (like crunches etc.)  At 5'7" when I weighed 123 lbs I was a size 4 and a tall person that can be very bony

  12. You can't burn fat from one area.  Belly dancing & crunched will help build muscle & define the area more.  I'm kinda curious to see a pic.  The stats you gave makes you sound underweight.  It could be you have too little fat elsewere...
