I'm 19. I have never been out on my first date. What should I expect it to be like?

I've had exs but they always failed to take me out. So what do I expect.. How does he ask you? How should I dress. I'm just curious. Tell me what you know..

They are so much fun. *Only if you are attracted to him* (I was on a date once with this guy I wasn't sure of; total mistake) Anyways, dress casually, jeans and cute top. But it really depends where he is taking you. Just talk and get to know each other, but don't go into many details of your past (exes) let him wondering a little bit :)

To kiss or not kiss? It depends on the guy I would say... I've been on dates where the guy kissed me, and other dates where we didn't kiss until the third date (my current boyfriend). I think that's why I am still with him!

my first date was to a race track. we went & watched the stock car races so i wore jeans,& a sweatshirt.

my 2nd first date with my now boyfriend was @ his place. we watched a movie, had dinner & played video games. it was wicked fun & i was 19 for both of them. Guys like to have a fun time. So i would suggest doing something that would be fun. like play mini golf or go go-cart racing. something where the two of u can both have a good time and still be able to talk. mini-golf would be good u'll have 18 holes to play @ & u'll have loads to talk about. if u go mini-golfing i would wear Capri's & a simple polo t-shirt with flip flops.

nice casual.jeans and a dressy shirt. nice comfortable shoes in case youa go for a walk together. even if you dont have a dressy shirt just wear a regular t-shirt and make it look better with earings, bracelets, belt, hat, ect and nice shoes. it might get awkward but try to keep the conversation going. you both might feel shy but just feel free and loose

If you've never been on a date, then you never had a boyfriend.  It just doesn't make sense.  A date is just hanging out, having fun, and getting to know someone.  Nothing really special and the less expecatations you have, the better it will be.
