  1. Get a real estate license. Nineteen was such a fun year...enjoy it!

  2. work on getting a real estate license

  3. It depends on what you mean byu "real estate business."  If you're talking about selling real estate, then you need to find out when and where the training courses are and take one, then pass the licensing exam.  Then you can work for a broker as an agent selling real estate.  If you're talking about buying real estate for investment income, then what you need is a lot of know how and the courage to take calculated risks with money and property.  The library in almost every town is full of books about investing in real estate.  You'll need to learn the techniques and have the courage and drive to try them out until you find those that work for you.

Your age has nothing to do with the field.  I knew a young man, about your age, who bought his first apartment house and fixed it up, taking the bus back and forth across town with his ladder, tools and supplies for the work.  He bought the apartment house with money down which was borrowed from friends and family.  The last time I heard of him he had bought two more apartment houses and was repairing them to rent them out.  He was under twenty-two when I last heard of him.  And he was a black man from the poorest area of that town too.

So, don't let your imagined obstacles get in your way.  Good luck!

  4. You could apply to be a book keeper for a real estate office.

Look towards getting a licence, and talk to the staff for suggestions.

  5. no real estate for you

    straight to p**n factory

  6. By taking real estate classes in college.  The local community college here offers them.

Before you undertake anything, you need to be properly trained.  To be the best.....know your subject inside and out.

    Good Luck!

  7. Buy yourself a plot of green turf in the nearest cemetery

of your choice, Forest Lawn is unoriginal for there are

many places that are beautiful locals for your visiting

descendants two hundred years from now.

He who owns land has the power, and sadly

55 percent of the U.S. population after they are dead

a grave site will be the most land that they shall  own

    indeed.

  8. Get into the apartment locating business and then you get a base and make a name for yourself. While you are doing that then get a license and get ready to make some money.

  9. Depending upon what portion of real estate you are interested in.  Buying/selling you can go to a broker and start there.  They can provide you with the training and knowledge to pass your test, so you can buy/sell properties.  Home inspection is also a certification type course.  Property management can also be obtained through OJT or schooling, but all you really need is money and a place to buy/rent (landlord).  You can become a builder different ways such as, going to a trade school to learn the basics and be an apprentice afterward.  A developer just needs a lot of money and some contacts.  I'm sure you could obtain a college degree in business as a good foundation for developing.  GL!!!
