I'm 20, 62 inch145 pounds , i want to loss 6 pounds i try many times before but i can't loss my over weight?

  3. You should have no problem obtaining your goal if you go about this the right way!

    You can figure out roughly what your BMR is by many different calculators online.

    Once you get that, you need to figure out your normal activity and add it to your BMR.

    Then finally, add your exercise calories.

    If you are not eating enough calories based on your current weight and activity level, you will end up burning muscle instead of fat (your ultimate goal).  Burning muscle hurts you cause you will lower your metabolism and burn less calories in a day!  It takes work for your body to keep muscle (repairing it and building it), so it is the first to go if your body thinks its not getting enough calories!

    Try going to www.myfitnesspal.com the forum on there has excellent advice and the whole program does a really good in helping you be away of how many calories your putting in and how many you should be burning off!

    I have a few of my “close to overweight” Marines on it and it has worked wonders for them!  Including two that are having a tough time losing their weight after a pregnancy!!!


  4. jogging and or sprinting and swimming will burn calories the fastest.  Count your calories, if you want to weigh 139 eat 1,390 calories per day, just add a zero to the weight that you want to achieve and then consume that amount of calories.  Two pounds a week is quick weight loss and anything faster than that is not healthy, your skin will probably bounce back because of your age but as you grow older the elasticity in you skin will not be as good and quick weight loss will leave the skin to sag.  Eat a good quantity of raw fruit, vegetables and nuts.  Good fats like olive oil and safflower oil should be a part of your diet.  Don't eat margarine it is bad for your body, DO eat butter.

    Any thing that you put in your body that is a trash food will go into those little trash cans called fat cells because your body can not use trash to build healthy cells like skin, nerves etc.
