  1. Sounds fine. Your safest bet throughout your pregnancy is to avoid the scales like the plague! BUT only if you are eating a well-balanced diet of fruit, veggies, protein, carbs and good fats.

As long as you're doing this, then it doesn't matter how much weight you put on. It's only when you're scoffing the Big Macs that your weight in pregnancy becomes an issue...

  2. Relax hun.

By my 20th week I had only gained 6kgs.

    Now I'm 26wks and I've added 4kgs to that.

Congratulations. Have u gone for ur 20wk scan yet? Is everything ok and do u know which ur having?

  3. that's gr8! nothing to worry about at all, I'm about the same also and am 23 weeks along, its all good weight! remember that not bad weight, its baby bump! which you love already! I love my baby bump! love looking pregnant and love people asking me about it! :-)

enjoy your pregnancy! and don't worry about putting weight on at all, its best to put a bit more on than a bit less and baby be underweight etc.

oww ignore the idiot male negging everyone!!!! t**t!

  4. WOW! Soon he will be carrying you around!

  5. It does sound normal. I am 23 weeks pregnant tomorrow and I have gained 18 pounds. I was also normal for my weight before I got pregnant.

    Congrats and good luck

  6. Sounds about right.  I gained 20lbs though out my whole pregnancy and as soon as she was born I lost 25lbs!  I've lost a further 5lbs since the birth.
