  1. That happens to everyone. Don't sweat it. I once couldn't think of what the word "since" meant. It's a simple word. I'm a bright gal. Couldn't place it. But now I'm over it.

  2. don't worry about it

  3. Happens to everyone sooner or later... For me it was "table".

"It's over there on the uhhh..... Uhhhh..... Table!"

    I'm also 21, so don't feel bad.

  4. i would go back to your doctor just to be careful

  5. Whenever I get very stressed, I go through the same thing. Sometimes I can't even come up with any words that are related to the initial word (ex - Santa Clause, and can't come up with words like Reindeer, Christmas, Presents). Fortunately, my daughter can usually figure out what I'm trying to say.

Don't worry about it unless it gets progressively worse. If it does, contact your doctor again. Good luck.

  6. gawd, i'm 27 and i forget at least 10 words a day.

docs diagnosed me w/ ADD, got on meds and it seemed to help, but the days i don't take them i'm xtra super bad worse.

other problem could be the onset of a thyroid condition. all of my docs (psychiatrist, health doc and friend doc) are sure that i have a thyroid problem, but blood tests come back negative, so i get one every 3ish months so docs will have an excuse to put me on some meds to see if they help.  only a suggestion if it gets worse.
