  1. Talk to local Harley shops and assistive technologies projects people.

For those of us not in Ohio to offer advice, we would need to know things like why you are in a wheelchair and what issues have to be dealt with to get you on a bike.

  2. You should consider buying or renting a trike.  heres some examples of nicer ones:

  3. Some years back I knew a chap in Nashville who built side cars for wheel chairs. The chair had a ramp which dropped down, could roll the wheel chair up the ramp, had a little winch to lift the ramp, then lock it.  Had a set of bars mounted on the front of the side car frame,  the bars pivoted, had a linkage over the the steering stem.  Hand levers for clutch and brake.  The bikes used were Honda 750cc automatics.  With a Harley this could be done using an air shifter, such as drag racers use, a small compressor, a double action cylinder, and two electric air valves.  He built these for Vietnam disabled vets.

If you are interested, you may E-mail me, will try to help.
