  1. Hi there,

Its quite normal to have some discomfort due to everything that is stretching and growing at around this stage of pregnancy. if it is just a bit of an ache then you should be fine but just mention it to your midwife or doctor at your next appointment. If, however it is a sharp pain that isn't easing off then it would be wise to make an appointment to see someone in the next few days. Its unlikely to be anything to worry about buts its always worth getting checked over.

  2. Yes! Most doctors call this round ligament pain. In other words you tummy and uterus is stretching. Bear with it girlie. Just try to more around to a more comfortable position.

  3. yes i have it too when i get up in the morning from sleeping all night i think it may be from the way we lay at night it may have all the weight resting on the pelvic muscle or bones

  4. this pain is very normal, it is because your ligaments and muscles are changing to cope with the baby growing inside.  If tis pain gets worse and is during the day you should mention to the doctor as there is a condition called spd which is an extreme.  it is not very common at all.  at the moment i definatley think this is just growing pains so dont panick( just so you dont worry you will know if you have spd it is very very painful)
