Recently I find myself thinking more and more about having children. I don't think it's quite the right timing yet (been with my current partner for 1 year, and we're just renting at the moment), but I know I'd really love to have his babies! At what age did you start feeling broody, and how long did you wait until you actually got pregnant? I'm scared to tell him - I don't want him running for the hills! I just don't know for how much longer I can keep this to myself; I think about it everyday.

  1. I know how you feel I am 23 turning 24 and have been with my partner over 5 years.  I really feel broody too but don't know if it will scare him.  I had a miscarriage two years ago to which he was so supportive of but I dont see any signs of commitment or of him wanting to start a family as of yet as he still needs to kick start his career etc.  He is turning 27 but I just don't know when he will be emotionally ready and I hate keeping this in!

  2. I first felt broody when I was 21 and got pregnant with my husband when I was 23.
We were both really wanted to try and it's the most exciting thing in the world!
If you're both ready and want the same thing, you should go for it.
