Question:

I'm 29 weeks pregnant I have sore throat no fever just really tired. What can I take?

Or is it just tylonol? Can I spray that throat spray or will that hurt the baby?

  1. Tylenol and a warm shower.  


  2. Gargle w/ salt water

  3. Chloraseptic or Cepacol spray/lozenges are perfectly safe for use during pregnancy. The only good cure for the fatigue is a good nap.

  4. You can take Sudafed and you can have cough drops.

  5. Extra Strength Tylenol will probably help a lot. I need to take it a lot for hip pain and things, and it is really the only pain reliever we can take... also, if you think you are getting sick, drink an Odwalla citrus c monster smoothie. When I have started feeling like I'm getting a cold or whatever, I swear it seems to go away shortly after drinking it, and they taste REALLY good! :)
