I'm 30, will be 31 Jan 08. Any way for me to become an air traffic controller through accelerated programs?

I'm willing to relocate and to jump on this RIGHT AWAY.

Some programs do not want to train you unless you are under 30.  At least that is what I read in the classified ads.  I do not know of any accelerated programs but if you are going to be an air traffic controller with millions of lives in your hands, an accelerated program may not be a good thing.
