No, it means you have colostrum and it's leaking out.  Some people don't leak at all.  I started leaking at 20 weeks.

Nah. With all three of my children I started to leak around 25 weeks from both b*****s. One more than the other.

Never know though, watch for other signs. My last one surprised me at 34 weeks.

No, that is not a sign that your baby will come sooner than later. Many pregnant women begin to leak colostrum while they're pregnant, typically sometime in the third trimester. Other expectant moms don't. Either way, it's normal.
