  1. I really wouldn't take any chances, Snizz. I think you should go and get it checked out. x

    Please go.

  2. You really should go get yourself checked.

Obviously if there is a major situation the sooner you get there the better.

If it's something like a stress or panic attack, they can give you something to settle you down. I've been there and done that.

  3. Morning Snizz, hope you went....:)

  4. Don't be so scared; that's only adding to your stress.  Instead, you can either use it to your advantage (by doing a hardcore workout like kickboxing or something) or do something that will lower the blood pressure (like yoga, meditation, or laughter).  Find some jokes on a website and laugh your head off, or lay in bed and try to clear your head for a while.

Don't worry about going to the ER unless this problem happens frequently and your efforts to relieve it do not work.  They'll probably put you on blood pressure medication, and the effects that the medication will have on you will feel even worse.

  5. if u don't want 2 go 2 the ER, then go 2 a private clinic where u pay the price of getting checked out good, but u have  2 see a specialist, just go or 2 the Er or a private clinic, don't wait it 2 go away, everybody should get a checkup evry once and a while

  6. Your scaring the c**p out of me if you don't go for you go for me .. I know you hate clinics and hospital but you cant play with that.

It could be a  bad diet or like you said stress...

I'm with you Snizzy don't be scared..

  7. This is simple. You are having panic attacks. The high BP isn't helping.

See your GP, get on some pills, exercise a bit daily and learn how to breathe and tell yourself it's your imagination.

  8. SNIZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZY????

    Are you still alive???

  9. get you're azz to ER and get it checked out,

you don't mess about with that sort of thing,

you're my BBF now get it sorted.

well hun, go to ER, STOP MESSING ABOUT, ye i was shouting, just go.

  10. Why not?  Not knowing what the problem is will just stress you out even more - at least you will be able to calm down and think more rationally once you get to the outpatients.

  11. Eat less animal fat like meat, cheese, eggs & ice cream.

  12. You must go. Feeling scared and getting worked will make it feel worse.

It is nothing to worry about. Really. You get a scan or wear an electronic device to monitor it. None of them hurt. Quite fun realling weaing the device.

  13. Hypertension is sustained elevation of resting systolic BP (≥ 140 mm Hg), diastolic BP (≥ 90 mm Hg), or both. Hypertension with no known cause (primary; formerly, essential hypertension) is most common. Hypertension with an identified cause (secondary hypertension) is usually due to a renal disorder. Usually, no symptoms develop unless hypertension is severe or long-standing. Diagnosis is by sphygmomanometry. Tests may be done to determine cause, assess damage, and identify other cardiovascular risk factors. Treatment involves lifestyle changes and drugs, including diuretics, β - blockers, ACE inhibitors, angiotensin II receptor blockers, and Ca channel blockers.

If you have hypertension, the first thing to be done is to check the normal functioning of the kidney by undergoing kidney function tests. The retina of your eye should also be checked by an Ophthalmologist.

  14. I hope you are either feeling better or you changed your mind and went to the hospital.  There is nothing to be afraid of.  Going there isn't going to make something bad happen.  And if something is already wrong it's better to be at the hospital than home.

  15. Honestly, don't take any chances.  You really do need to  think about going to the ER or call your doctor.

Why are you being so stubborn... go to the ER... even if it isn't serious you have to have it checked out.... GO!!!

    Take someone with you...

  16. Snizz you got to get a check up!

Even if the pain has gone now

    please go to the hospital

  17. Snizz. Did you go? only just seen your question. If you've not been go! x

  18. You need a vacation?

Lay down ans elevate you legs.

Dont think about what is stressing you out.

Or you could be having a minor heart attack

  19. If you have high blood pressure then you are at increased risk of having cardiac problems. But if you don't want to go to hospital, then you'll just have to sit at home and hope it goes away.
