  1. WTF are you saying? "7 2 8' stone?!?!?!?!?

  2. you weigh 728 stone?  That's several tons, you fat ***!  You're too big for any pony!

Now if you meant that you weigh between 7 and 8 stone, you should realize that using 2 insteand of "to" when talking about numbers is a really bad idea.  Now 8 stone is about 112 pounds, so you should be fine on a 13.2hh pony

  3. i think so....im around the same height as you and my pony is 14 HH something. opt for something at least along those lines.

  4. oh yeah deffinatly. they say that if your legs hang below their belly you will be, and mine do and im about your height. go for something bigger

  5. if stones are anything like lbs. no pony is big enough for you...maybe a horse

  6. from what I gather about "stone" from other answers, your weight might be ok for the pony, but I think you're a little tall.  Ponies can carry around big people, but I've only seen it done for training.  There was one girl at one of my horse shows and she was on her pony... clearly the girl had been riding for a number of years and was still on the same pony that she got when she was 12... but the girl had grown substantially since then and the girl looked ridiculous on the pony.  Convert your size into hands... I'm 5'2 and my horse is 15.2... we're the same height.  You're 5'4 which makes you 16 hands while you want a horse that's only 13.2 hands.  That's 10 full inches smaller than you.  I'm not saying it can't be done... it's just that the horse is small for you.  And remember that you're 16... you're never going to be skinnier than you are now... you're only going to gain weight from here... so you'll be adding extra weight onto the fact that you're already very tall for the pony.  You really should find a bigger horse.

  7. sounds about right

  8. A pony.. spoiled??? rich ???

  9. If its a miniature horse

you really need to be care full maby you should check with a local vet before attempting.

    Hope it helps!

  10. Well personally its really hard to say. i would say your fine..im 5"6 and weight 58kg which is 9 stone and well i have a pony thats 13.3 and i look fine on him his a solid build. i also ride a 12.2 and still look fine.. but then i can get on a 14.2 and look to big. if you know what i mean. It also depands on what you want to do with the horse cause jumping would be a little difficult cause your legs my touch some jumps at times lol.

Well i dont think this help but it mite :)

    Cheers have fun riding

  11. what's 7 2 8 stone? What's a stone? What's 13.2 HH?

  12. 7 2 8 stone? huh?

  13. O_o

  14. I don't think it will be too small for you. Why not try it out and see? But I think you should be fine.

  15. It should all work out. Maybe not for a long time, but you should be fine now :)

    EDIT:

7 to 8 stones is about 98-110 pounds.

  16. well if thats 728 pounds you will kill the horse

  17. Yes too small. You need a pony 14hh to 14.2hh. Most classes you can only compete untill you are 17 years on this height. Have you considered a nice park hack 14.2 - 15.2

(147.5cm - 157.5cm). Then you could have your horse friend for many years. Remember manners and good will of you new horse before good looks.

I'm your height (adult) and ride a park hack. My 12 yr old 5" rides a 13.2 hh pony and will only fit him another 12 months tops.
