I would recommend the 4 inch backplate. Better to have it a little shorter than a little longer.

im 5'10" and i ware a 4" plate. it depends on your shoulder pads. try them both on and see which one you like better. the 4" covers less, but it gives you more mobility.

Im 5'4 and i have a 4inch one, so i would say 6incn

I would go to where ever you are getting it at and ask them if you can try it on. Bring your shoulder pads with you. I would recommend the 4 inch
