You will either ride a 54cm or a 56. Most likely a 56. I am 5'11.5 and that is very comfortable for me. Go to a bike shop and ride a few sizes so you can determine what is comfortable for you.

The bike size will depend on more than just height. You should be able to straddle the bike comfortably standing flatfooted. It's more of how long your legs are than overall height. That's a big deal. Then you can raise the seat height to the proper height, letting your legs stretch out almost fully as you pedal, making it the most efficient. You can adjust the height of the handlebars to whatever is good for you, as long as you can reach the shifters and brakes easily. A bike shop can show you how all this works. It makes a world of difference to have the right sized bike.
