  2. if you are happy the way you are, you don't need to loose wait. please do not become one of those girls who is obsessed with their weight. don't worry about your body. just live life happily, and if it becomes a health concern (which i dont believe it is, at all) then you should consult a doctor and ask the best way to be HEALTHY :] love yourself and the life you live.

  7. There is nothing wrong with working out.  It depends on what you mean by "get in shape."  You don't need to lose weight it looks like, but working out definitely won't hurt you.  Just as long as you know you don't need to lose weight, lol.

    in order to stay like that exercise some dont sit around all day and eat healthy !
