I'm 5'7 16 years old and about 160.. If i were to get on a work out regiment how many lbs would i be able to gain in about 5 months (supplements- only protein) i'm lookin to lose about 5 pounds from running then gain back about 15 lbs of muscle all upper body for 10 lbs of net gain, is that realistic or should i set my goals smaller?
