For a freestyle board I'd say a 152 the biggest you should get. Spinning off jumps is slower and balance on rails is less stable with a bigger board. Bigger boards are meant for beginners who are focusing on getting down the mountain.

I think it;s OK.  I ride a 156 and I'm 6'1".  If there is a demo in your area, try out the different sizes and see which one feels best.
