I'm 5'9' and 150 pounds, what size board do I need for freestyle in the park?

adam's apple height. considering your weight is not an issue in the park. what you want is a light board with the right amount of flex for you. also find a board that is short or long enough for you to maneuver with ease.

Never get a board based on how high it comes up on your body. I'm still amazed how many people suggest that, and it is simply NOT a good way to choose a board length as there are many more factors to it than just height. Assuming your about an intermediate rider, I'd say you're going to want to look at a 152-154.

if you want to spin easier you could go with a little shorter board. the shorter board makes it easier to spin with. i would go with a 150-154 depending on what you would want to do with it. also ask the store how much flexiblity the board has.
