I'm 5 feet 5 since I'm 13 and i have a bit of facial hair. I am 15 and i want to know if i will still grow

You should grow some more. Are you a boy? They grow later then girls. Grandparents, How tall are they?

Yes.  You have a couple more growth spurts coming!  Males grow till age 25!  It's true! Here are some tips to help you along the way:

Drink 3 glasses of any kind of milk daily

Eat your veggies every day.

Eat lots of protein.

Get outside and exercise!  Basketball is great.

Stand up tall and proud.  Good posture can add 2 inches.

Be thankful for all you are given. :)

well, your parents are quite petite, so probably not too much more. You are already taller than both of them. However, you are still quite young, and most boys dont stop growing until they are about 18 (some a little later, some a little younger) so maybe another inch or so.
