Yes, I agree that a 55 or 56 cm bike would be better for your height.  I am 5'6" and I ride a 54cm.  

Other than that, I would have to advise you not to buy a bike online from a department store.  Yes, you may be looking for just an entry level bike but I would still recommend getting fitted at a bike shop and buying something from a reputable store made by a reputable bike maker.

Not even close. I'm 5-8 and ride a 52cm frame which is quite normal for my height with a 30" inseam. Even if you have long legs you wouldn't use larger than a 53-54.

That bike is a 57 cm. You'll be better off on a 55 or 56cm depending on how you're proportioned. Plus, that bike sucks. Go to a bike shop and get fitted, and ride, a real bike.
