  1. barrow the money from someone whom trusts you then pay that person back... banks and credit cards have all these late fees, your friends don't.... just be responsible...

  2. A credit card company doesn't usually got nuts so quickly because you're 50$ in the red. They usually continue to sent you the bill, with the added interest owed. But then again I wouldn't fool around with this either. It is a small amount after all. You might want to call them, explain your situation and say you'll be paying shortly. At least they know you're alive and meaning to pay.

  3. They will freeze your account till you pay up.

  4. Honestly....probably nothing. They may charge the accout off (ie, close the account and lose the money) and report the charge off on your credit report but I highly doubt that they would turn you over for collection or try to collect the money through the court. The cost and time it would take to do it in most cases would not be worth it.

Obviously try to pay it. It would be a good idea to call them and explain that you know you are overdrawn and that when you get paid next, you will be in to bring the account out of the negative but you cannot do so until you get paid. Then thank them for being patient.

  5. $50 is not a lot of money. Sell some things you don't need. Do some cash paid odd jobs (like lawn mowing or window washing.) You still have a week. Really really try to have them paid before their deadlines. They will charge you more and more fees if you don't and make it next to impossible to ever get another account from a reputable bank.
