I'm 55 & recently shed some weight... about 20 pounds... due to normal aging. I believe this is a normal process as we age. My question... Is there a healthy way to gain that poundage back?

I'd like to beef up again to my former weight... but don't wish to jeopardize my health doing so. Any suggestions? Thanks.

  1. maybe try doing some small weights as muscle is heavier than fat so you will gain weight or you can just pig out. eat a little more than you are eating right now, but not chocolate or crisps. at breakfast lunch and dinner have a little extra portion. but when you get to your perfect weight cut the c**p out and eat the way you normally would!
